Featured Recipe: Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake

Let’s dive into one of my all-time favorite recipes: an easy vegan chocolate cake. This cake is rich, moist, and perfect for any occasion. Plus, it’s simple to make and requires no special ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the warm water, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until well combined.
